Data subject access request (DSAR)
Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
This page explains how to exercise your privacy rights under applicable US-, UK-, and Australian law in connection with the RETAIN landing page.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we hold information about you and obtain a copy.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete information we are not required to retain.
- Receive a portable copy of information you provided to us.
- Withdraw consent or opt out of certain processing where applicable.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (see below).
How to make a request
Use the form below to submit your request. We may ask follow-up questions to verify your identity before acting on the request — this protects against unauthorized disclosure. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will notify you in writing if we need an extension.
Supervisory authority pathways
United States. You may also contact your state Attorney General's office where state-level privacy law applies; for California requests, see the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov.
United Kingdom. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Australia. You may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
